Description
A basic 4-bunk hut on the saddle between the Mangawai and Kahutapere Streams. Little used except for possum/stoat control, the hut gets a handful of visits a year. The water tank has rotted out (2015), but stream water is available 100m down the track from the hut. Open fire. Not ratproof!
